Most basic exams involve manual erection of a complete chart. Students
practising the manual chart erection exercises are welcome to print these chart
blanks below - then photocopy from the printed original.
With many
people using computers to erect astrology charts these days, the manual
calculation exam module can be a challenge for those without practise. The
calculation method I teach you provides accurate results to the arc-second,
using an Ephemeris and Table of Houses. Students may
email me to check the accuracy of calculations.
Consider creating
special handcrafted charts. I create a limited number of handcrafted charts for
gift giving. I print a blank on parchment and use calligraphic pens and inks to
create 'olde world' charts. I roll, wrap and tie them as a scroll.
Those now behind glass and framed look really impressive :)
SINGLE WHEEL

BI-WHEEL
A bi-wheel blank to plot transits around a radical chart in the centre, usually a natal chart; or you can place two natal charts around each other for comparison of energies between people; or plot a solar eclipse around a corporation chart. The innder called the radical chart.

ASPECT GRID
Aspect grids are used to note the aspects between planets and points. Here is a blank aspect grid for bi-wheels and an half-grid for single wheels. By convention, planets and points of the inner chart of a bi-wheel are the vertical symbols (rows, across) on the aspect grid, and the planets and points of the outer chart are the horizontal symbols (columns, down). If you have a natal chart on the inside of a bi-wheel, with a transit chart around the outside, then the symbol for the aspect between natal mercury and transiting saturn, would be written in row 3, column 7.
